NACS Convenience Summit Asia
We regret to announce the postponement of NACS Convenience Summit Asia, March 3-5, Bangkok, Thailand, due to increasing public health concerns of Coronavirus (“2019-nCoV”) in the region. The health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff is always our first priority.
We will be issuing a full refund to all registered attendees in accordance with our event refund policy (see below for details). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back to Bangkok March 2-4, 2021 at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok to see and hear first-hand how Thailand is redefining the future of convenience.
All registrants will have the opportunity to either be fully refunded for the registration fee for the summit or to apply it towards the 2021 event. Registered attendees also will have any hotel deposits returned to their accounts. In addition, our team is working with vendors and hotel partners in Bangkok to finalize details for next year’s event.
Due to the global health emergency tied to Coronavirus, many airlines are refunding airfares for passengers traveling to the region. As of today (February 5, 2020), however, no airline is announcing blanket refunds for flights to Asia (except for Mainland China). Attendees are asked to first contact their specific airline carrier(s) to see what compensation is available. If a full refund is not available from your carrier(s), please contact Michael Davis at email@example.com for more information on compensation.
NACS will continue to monitor the situation related to airfares and how registrants can be reimbursed for cancellations. In the meantime, the only way to understand what the airlines will offer is for each passenger to contact their carrier and follow-up with us if a less-than-full refund is offered.
